Hello All,

I have had a terrible experience buying a flat from Praneeth. I have been constantly contacting them for a resolution but nobody is responding.

A commercial place is built in the apartment complex from buyers money. And who takes ownership?Praneeth.

Quality of materials used is poor. Walls are misaligned, tiles undulated, etc.

Possessions are delayed. Even after possession, utility connections are not provided, e.g., gas, electric meter, river water, etc.(I don't have any of them on current date).

Praneeth violates Agreement of sale. There was a clause for debris collection and temporary electrification which will be chargeable at 3000/month. But they demanded 25000 as security deposit (mentioned as refundable). My registration was withheld untill I paid 25000. CRM Team act as goons to recover money but don't justify delays from them. No compensation has been provided for delays and I received an email that delay was caused because of rains in September (laughable and unprofessional). I was told by one representative that I can go to court. They don't respect the law of land.

Below are the points to be confirmed, before you commit to buying from this builder.
-Go through each and every detail in Brroucher.
Like : clubhouse ownership, quality of doors, electricity line HT or LT.
-Ask for Negative points from the sales team (they will tell you only positive points) , get a email confirmation.
-contact your friends for more information who knows about this area and builder.
-I heard that Town square owners are facing with different issues (refer back to Town square reviews).
- Investing laks of rupees in this project is a dare step for everyone.

I made big mistake of buying flat in Praneeth Jagruti elite in Kollur area.. The worst maintenance is happening.. and no one is responding for our complaints.. totally Disappointed.. dear owners who we’re ready to purchase here pls go and visit existing projects and how they are maintaining it.. then u can buy..
