Worst area to buy.The goods are not of good quality here.I bought two pants here.the stitchings got open at the first use itself,for both the pants.the personnel over there initially assured me he would replace the pants .But the scenario is different when I took them back.he says I will get it stitched and give you back.then I asked if it repeats he says to bring back again and I will stitch them and give back again.for a new pant to get restitched again and again we have to visit that place.and that fellow asks me what is in your mind?
Buying the things which are not worthy for the money here is not a good option.
They assure one thing and do the other.
Personnel are rude
The choice is open to customers to buy

Terrible quality and horrible workmanship. I ordered a custom suit/sherwani for which I provided all the proper measurements. Their tailoring staff took none of this into account and made a completely different suit size for me and did a terrible job crafting the suit. The left and right sleeves of this outfit are not the same length! The right sleeve is 2 inches shorter than the left! Furthermore, my neck measurement was a 16, but the suit that they made for me measured over 18 inches at the neck. Yet another example of their low quality work and inexperienced employees is the blatant stitching error on the sleeves. Both sleeves clearly have a red pencil mark (noted with green arrow) from the tailor (photos attached). This is where the cloth should have been stitched together to match the cuff embroidery.
I can’t believe that portfolio would firstly manage to make so many mistakes with a custom garment like this and secondly have no qualms selling it to a loyal customer for a wedding. I clearly have no plans to use this outfit, but it is so bad that I am even ashamed to donate it. I will have to throw this outfit in the trash--which is unfortunately where it belongs.
I truly believe that the quality of work at this store is complete garbage and their tailoring/design staff is totally inept. You are better off buying fabrics and having a toddler randomly cut and paste pieces together with scissors and glue rather than going to this store for an outfit.

We had purchased a sherwani and we went for an exchange because of the size issues . There was no extra cloth for the alterations as well . The staff over here are very rude and didn’t even listen to our concerns
