The products you get at Pets Stop are good and discounted 5-10 percent. They informed me about home delivery. When I called and ordered something and asked for home delivery they confirmed my order but my order was never delivered. Other wise. The shop sometimes doesn’t have the products you want. Employees don’t talk properly and are on there phones chit chatting all the time.

It's a nice shop but, the employees are useless and don't work at all. When I ask for home delivery, they say they will deliver but, even after calling everyday for days they still don't deliver and at the end they say they are out of stock. This shop would be a lot better with better employees.

Bhanu is a very respective towards customers, he treats every customer in his own polite manner! One of the best pet shop for pet lovers.
