Paid more than 5000 Rs for pet food more than a month ago. Their website still advertises that they are selling this item and will deliver it in four business days. It never arrived. Moreover, the customer service representative claimed he returned our money, but it has not been returned. We asked for a receipt for the refund transaction, and he is ignoring us on WhatsApp. We have been pursuing this for weeks now and all we get is rudeness, stonewalling, and total lack of professionalism. Filing an FIR and a consumer court complaint today for the fraudulent behaviour of Pet Care.
Update 2023:
Filed an FIR and due to the action of Cyber Crime police, my refund was paid by the store.
