Pathetic service, waiters were clueless, took 15 minutes for them to get the menu card,15 more minutes to get spoon. Our colleague waited for 40 minutes but not a single waiter to take the order.PATHETIC!

I visited this place with my family for enjoying the world famous Hyderabadi biryani as I heard a lot about this place that if I am in hyderabad then I must visit this place. But to my utter disappointment this place failed to please me with its biryani and other non veg items. It was total waste of money. The taste was just ok nothing extraordinary. The ambiance was very good. For food I would just rate 2 out of 5. In fact I would suggest Biryani wala in Banjara hill was much better than this.

The best biryani in town. Must also try their haleem and other Ramzan specialities.
