Had booked the hotel for wedding function. For 100 room hotel they had only 2 staff. Out of 2 lift 1 was not working full time. AC was not working for many rooms. No extra bed was provided despite paying for them. The owner is very arrogant and talk very rudely.
The banquet hall were not very clean and we had to deploy people to clean.
Worst experience. No professionalism.

When I visited the hotel yesterday around 10:00 am, the front desk executive asked me to pay an extra 375 rupees, otherwise they would not accept my booking. I told them that I had already made a booking, so why should I pay extra? He replied that if you don't want to pay, then you should go somewhere else and we don't care about it and if you want to complain, we also don't care you go and complain like that statment the said , so Such situations were created and I was very frustrated. I would like to request everyone that if you want to book an OYO room , you should understand that the hotel is not good i also found that The OYO hotel staff's behavior is also not good.

Location is easily accessible from railway station, but service and rooms are not good no telephone , no TV , ac not working
