Excellent property in wrong management who doesn't know even the meaning of customer, service and hospitality industry. No housekeeping, front office,f & b outlets are maintained in the minimum level of customer satisfaction. Horrible hotel,don't visit this place

1.The hospitality, service and other related things are very bad.
2. Despite paying the room fee through your website, they have demanded for Rs.500/- and later said that it was security deposit. And they didn't give me a room access key card as I didn't paid the security deposit at first.
3. The billing procedures for in room dining service is horrible, they have demanded me to pay the in room dining service bills to be paid by the EOD but not while checking out.
4. The hotel rooms are not hygienic and not well maintained.

Overall experience was very bad and I'm not willing to rate the property.

Worst hotel I've ever been
Rooms r not so proper
And the behavior of the staffs r so rude..
I booked it from make my trip in price of 1.4k
Nd when I reached to the property they r asking double amount as they wanna say that they don't take bookings from make my trip..nd in make my trip bookings r being taken nd already paid...
After claiming for refund they behaving rude...
That too late night they r creating scenes...
I'd say never ever visit to this property by seeing the ornamental structure from outside.
