After seeing all 5 star reviews, I thought it was fake. But after I visited with my kid, changed my mind. Everyone here is extremely professional and friendly. Definitely one of the best hospitals I can say. Interior is awesome.

One word - PREMIUM!

Right from the name, to the infrastructure, to the expertise, and the care, they have got it absolutely right. This hospital is bang on the busy stretch of Uppal with an eye-catching dark brown paneled exterior. Once you walk in, the immaculately done interiors makes you wonder if you are in a hospital or a three star hotel. The environment is extremely hospitable with a helpful reception, comfortable seating area, soft music in the PA system and smiling staff who took care of our requirements.

When it comes to what's on offer for eye care, they have got almost all the facilities on par with the best hospitals in Hyderabad. Although, it's a new set up, it seems to be run by a very knowledgeable group of professionals. The medical staff and the doctors were very caring, spent a good time listening to our problems and recommended a very pragmatic solution.

Oculus is taking all the right steps to be the best hospital in East Hyderabad. Wishing them the best!

The staff was very polite and reliable behaviour towards customers, you'll get a good satisfactory feeling,good service by the way
