I'd be happy to write a food review for Norfest The Dhaaba based on your experience of having Amritsari Kulcha with Chole Bhature and Veg Platter, and enjoying the ambiance and polite behavior of the staff.

Firstly, let me start by saying that Norfest The Dhaaba is an amazing place to dine if you're looking for authentic Punjabi cuisine. The ambiance is designed to give you a feeling of being in a traditional Dhaba with a modern twist. The colorful chairs, rustic decor, and the music played in the background add to the overall experience.

Now coming to the food, I can say that I was completely blown away by the taste of the Amritsari Kulcha with Chole Bhature. The Kulcha was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the filling was spicy and flavorful. The Chole were perfectly cooked, and the combination with Kulcha was heavenly. The Veg Platter was also a great choice, with a mix of different dishes that catered to my taste buds. The platter had delicious dal makhani, beans and potato with salad which were all mouth-watering and left me wanting for more.

The service at Norfest The Dhaaba was exceptional. The staff was polite and attentive to our needs, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. They took care of everything from guiding us to our table, taking our order, and ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our meal.

Overall, my experience at Norfest The Dhaaba was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves Punjabi cuisine. The ambiance, food, and service were all top-notch, and I can't wait to go back and try out more dishes from their menu. Norfest has a dhaba style vibes which is colourful and attractive. We started with Peri Peri Paneer Tikka, the paneer was soft, luscious and had right amount of flavours. Corn & paneer seekh kebab, Maggie cutlet and Veg Maggie wrap tasted decent. Paneer Lababdar and Palak paneer had a rich, creamy, smooth and flavourful gravy served with bread basket. Veg Masala Pulao had an aromatic rice with vibrant colors which tasted good. Aloo puri, chole bhature and amritsari kulcha were delicious. They also serve sikhanji ( must try ), butter milk and lassi. We ended our meal with melt in mouth gulab jamuns. Kesari kheer and moong dal halwa tasted decent enough.

I totally loved this place and the food they served ! So authentic and so yummy. The ambience is such a vibe too !
