I completely agree reviews on over pricing. These guys are quoting more than 6cr. It is a big joke. Villa prices in US are less than this. Real estate builders stupidity reached to peaks. I strongly pray god that these guys should learn a lesson. Not only this specific builder but all the builders who created artificial demand and looting peoples money.

Villas are big, spacious, nice design but there is no justification for the price quoted. It feels like a joke to laugh out loud. For this price, one can easily buy a villa in city (this is not a city, it's a village. No roads even.) There is no supermarket nearby, no veg shops. Even online apps have limited delivery service available. Impossible to get a cab in this area. One can easily get a gated community villa in Nizampet, or so which is just 8kms from Hitech City/Madhapur but with 1000s of shops, metro station etc at same price.
This project doesn't see much progress for some time now like it's neighbour Aliens Space Station (which itself is going on for a decade now). The villas are unfinished, maybe unsold or unoccupied, don't know real story.
Price revision needed.

great construction ,excellent built quality
builder has a taste no compromise on what they specify
lavishly built and infused luxury into it
sales man was good in showing complete project with out hesitation
