It was a pathetic experience in this hospital. I was unfortunately referred by my Pediatrician to admit here. When I entered hospital it's looks like a old government hospital. There are no good fesilities that a normal hospital can provide. No feeding room for mother, and if mother needs to stay in the hospital then we need to take separate room but that too with high charges. Like 4200 for non-AC and 5700 for AC. When I ask them why you are charging that much of amount for room only for mother stay without any nursing and doctor visits, they talk nothing about it. Rooms also very congested without proper ventilation, I feel like I entered into a closed box. And worst part is those room rents not covered in insurance. They straightly say if you do not want take separate room then go with general ward with cost of 1000 rupees. You don't even believe how general ward is.
When I try to pay bills, they do not have UPI facility and they are charging 2% on credit and also on debit card. I can see these kind of behaviour with small general store where merchant unable bare the those charges. Being in smart world it is really hard to carry hard
cash always within our pockets that too bulk amount like thousands Payment part simply out of my mind, this hospital is living in stone age.
There are much more things to express my experience but no words at this moment. Rest I can leave it to people opinions.

This hospital is a lite version of HELL where people are sent for not taking proper care of their babies.
They even don’t have a place to feed the babies or change babies’ diapers. A male staff was watching carefully a lady who was feeding her baby, perhaps the man was missing his mom.
The treatment and behaviour is pathetic. They know you have a sick baby with you, hence you are very less likely to have an option at that time. The security was drunk and staring at us as if he will attack any moment. It was a horrible night being there with my days old baby.
They asked to take a room as the mother need to be there to feed the baby, and later said the baby will be formula fed.
The guy who sees the billings and insurances shouted at me every time I tried to avail my insurance, as if it’s him who will have to pay if I get benefit of the insurance.
The worst place where you can end up in this twin city.
We took everything my baby could need, but still they made us buy new ones again from there pharmacy.
Let me not conclude it all negative. The tiffin centre on the other side of the road has very good dahi-vada. Must try.
