Instructors are very motivating, and I bet you won't step out without satisfaction. I joined three month ago and it's a great experience from then on. I lost 10 kgs within 70 days (Not out), Observed a lot change. Just follow their instructions. At first you will be like it's too tough but once you get used to it you are the happiest as you change a lot as you desired before.
The workouts were always challenging and fun at the same time. Each time we did something different and I could feel results almost immediately
