Stayed here for almost 7 months. Good PG but price is high. I guess, in that area, it is usual price.
Area is very busy during the day being near to Hospital. You might have some disturbances.

Good services are offered. Daily room cleaning, washing machines, good food etc.

No chances of power outage as you'll be paying your own bill. They have prepaid electricity service.

Keep in mind that food is served only in building-1, owner has 4 buildings in that area and if you stay in any other building other than building-1, you'd need to carry your plate and walk to have your meals. That's not possible to do everyday if you're lazy and we usually get tired from work.
The owner should do something about it.

Other than that, all good.

I have stayed here for 15 days here are the major pros and cons
Pros:-
Good management
Best food
Large rooms
Better maintanence
Luxury rooms
Cons:-
Very high price and also charges electricity bill of lift and others also including room electricity bill and also a maintenance of 1000rs.
Increases rent without notice and also we have to pay one month advance before and sometimes you may lost that advance if you not have intimated before you leave.

Food is best but they will provide you limited only if you ask extra they will look like we are asking their assets.

My opinion is if you want to stay without discomfort and money is not a problem for you this pg is best near mindspace but if money matters to you and also some times cleaners will charge extra money by asking we want tea like that so if you have problem with money then don't join this one even there is late penalty if you not paid money in time so check this

Hi, I came here for my visa appointment and intended to stay for a day. The manager, who sits and writes names in register(I am not sure what his name was), is very indecent and impolite.

He insisted that some people may not vacate on time, so he requested a security deposit as a precaution very politely. He assured me that the deposit would be returned as soon as I vacated the room. So I paid him 2k security deposit for my 1 day stay.

Then he assigned me room no. 201A, claiming there was an available vacant bed. After staying there till 8:30 PM, another guy showed up, saying he had been staying there for 15 days. The manager then checked the register and realized he made a mistake. This clearly shows his lack of proper information and organization. Then at night, I had to pack and move to another building, and there I was given room no. 307, without an apology for the inconvenience caused. But I still want to mention to the OWNER, THE ROOMS ARE GOOD AND CLEAN.

Now, at 2 PM the next day I asked him for my security deposit after my 1day stay. The manager told me the owner would transfer the amount by night, and I should leave. How can I believe that? I asked him to provide the owner's phone number so that I could talk to him. He refused to give the number and insisted that I call him instead if the owner doesn't transfer the money by night. But why should I trust an employee without talking to the owner, especially when I am leaving for my hometown?..then he started talking rudely with indecency..i didn't talk a single word back and i kept my cool as I have a decency to atleast respect him for his age unlike him who disrespects the customer. I can't stoop that low. So i am just writing a review.

I hope you understand my concern. The rooms are good, and I expect the staff to be professional as well.

I hope the owner understands the situation. If you need any proofs you can always have a look at CCTV footage or if you want to talk to me, feel free to call me. I hope you have my number; it should be in your register under name prabhu vamsi..
