The worst mystery room experience. Very Unprofessional staff, specifically a member I would like to point out "Nageena" who has been very rude though out the experience. The reason we go to escape room is for the Experience. And the charges of Mystery rooms are expensive so they should be lineant with the hints and support. But the monitor of the timer was not switched on, so we weren't aware of the timer as well and the hints were not visible like wise. And the staff member that assisted from the beginning, Nageena whatever her name was. We had to basically ask her for everything at the time of booking. We paid so much, and even if qe did not solve the game, We owe the right for the game to be explained. I have been to various escape rooms and they do always do that. They never gave us the tour of where we went wrong. Will never ever recommend anyone to go this branch. Also, They requested to not write a review as well, When they realized They'll be getting a bad one.

It's not like it is mentioned, not at all horrible or scary. It was like a funny or puzzle game. Where you are trying to open number locks only, Nothing else.
They could have use better sound effects and better setup.

Worst experience. They are looting public money...they charged 850 for single person. Even 50 rupees is more and more for that .....its not a game / theme. Its jst has some mad puzzles to solve. Waste of time and waste of money.
