Today, 17 June 2023 Evening around 7 pm I went to buy few things. I took Amul fresh cream, two milk packets and few others. In the bill I was surprised to see 3 milk packets. After checking I asked him what it is quantity in 3 ? He said, oh sorry. It's a mistake from software, i will return you the money. I am like shocked? I asked just one question. What if I haven't checked at all ? I simply asked issue me a fresh bill. He didn't.
Now, manager steps in, tried to explain me, i asked since how long you have been doing this fraud, he said, we installed new software there is an issue. I said if there is a glitch who gave you authority to take extra money customers. He tried to cancel the bill, talked to support, I said give me the same bill let's proceed legally. He wasn't ready for that, he said give me two mins. I waited and after 5 mins I said I'm leaving, they didn't try to stop nor apology.

There is a lady in other counter who says kabhi kabhi aisa hojatha, i said teekh hain, 4 packet dedo 2 ka billing Karo.

I have all the details with me and it should be there in their footage and system too.

I recommend to stop going to this store else make sure you check your bills and then pay.

One of the worst store, I get what'sup message as they have "Jai Ho Cracking Deals" from 21st till 26th of January, 2023 but when I visited the store for those items their staff says 'NO STOCK'. why do you send such messages to customers? I have asked the store manager he told you will get the stock on 22nd Jan but when I visited on 26th also there was 'No Stock'.
When I was in billing counter, I saw staff people buying those items and asked the billing person, he told we get less quantities so staff people only will grab them and those items are not enough for staff.
please do not believe any message sent by More Hypermart stores.

Its rates are different on label and billing time given the higher rate not as per the label rate displayed at the shelf. When I ask the staff they say that rates are changed but we are not updated on the shelf.
