Had visited the spa on a trip to Hyderabad. The place is nice. After a long journey from bangalore to Hyderabad, I was really looking forward for the massage. Lilly was strong and experienced. She spotted the muscle knots on my back and worked on it ( a skill set which is rare to find in many spas here). I was really impressed and happy with the service. Would highly recommended this place to someone looking for a nice in the neighbourhood.

I have tried calling the reception multiple times since I had a few queries. Not only did they do a terrible job at answering them, but they also cut the call as I was talking. The receptionist's way of talking was extremely rude too. In the end I didn't even feel like going there anymore. Very disappointed. Please train your staff properly.

not upto the mark You should update ambience and masseur, they are very old age, they should have the ability to take real good care of customer i honestly dislike the service. you will see good only at front desk rest is poor service.
