Good collection and great customer service. Store has good collection and sale going on. Mostly off ranging from 20%to 50%.

Please remember they do not entertain returns or refunds. If you bill and after some time you want to return then only they will adjust it against other items. No credit note facility.

The staff here is full of themselves, rude, arrogant and what not. Visited the store today along with mom, a staff member told us to keep the bag at the baggage counter, i said I've my wallet in it and cannot put it there, he had an argument on it and did not even want to understand.later he slyly kept following us in the store. All his staff members were around us and checking on us constantly. The lady at the counter yelled at us that our shoe footprints are on the wet floor. We were walking and the cleaning lady started cleaning randomly. After browsing a bit we left and their staff member followed us and accused us of stealing some Mickey mouse hook (worth 60 rupees I'm guessing). She asked us if we have taken it with us, i said I did not take it, she asked again where have I kept it. Such drama, and false accusations. Didnt have the time to take it up with the mall manager but would have otherwise.

Miniso is a Japanese franchisee and it is it has recently opened in India. They have very cute products be it make up, bags, daily accessories. I still remember when it opened they had discount going on of 60% flat. I purchased a sling bag and a neck pillow for the first time and for the second time I purchased the hand towels and two soft toys . Quality of products is just amazing. It is also one of the reasonable brands.
