The staff is amazing. I visited the dermatologist and the appointment went smoothly without me having to wait for hours.They also have a dispensary for medicines which is v convenient.

The owner of the hospital should know that women who receive the phone when we call lack basic decency , they don’t listen to people and behave like animals over the phone , don’t they have basic humanity to talk to a person who is calling to find out about a doctor , how can someone be so rude . Do you guys understand the word HUMANITY , what kind of a Muslim you are when you can’t talk to someone properly , just keeping a Muslim or holy name for your hospital is if no use , which lady receives the phone call either train her or change her , no use of your existence when you can’t behave like a human , this was very painful for me I called thrice to check about the dr and the lady is such a dumb person , if you open a hospital be responsible for treating people not for causing pain or trouble , the MANAGEMENT should know this and take action , let us know what you’re doing about this . If you cause pain to others you’re responsible to answer to the GOD

Third rated hospital. Female scavengers attend the calls, who don't know basic English, Telugu or Urdu. Being scavengers they don't understand why a person calls a hospital without listening they bark something & disconnect the phone.
