It's one of the few 5-star hotels I've been to, in which I felt like I am indeed in a five-star hotel.
Excellent service - everyone has been very polite, helpful, and responsive.
The hotel interior was amazing!
The rooms were clean, and my towels were replaced daily. I am not sure how often my bed sheets were changed, just because I was not able to catch any difference - they were like fresh new every day.
If there is something which can be improved, that's the breakfast. I'd love to see more European/American like food for people who are not very trying-new-food like.

Over all great hotel. Clean rooms. Service on the other end especially the restaurant needs improvement. It just takes too long for anything to show up. BUT the staff is working on it.

A proper bar, with a bar top would be nice. Location is great with new restaurants a 15 minute car ride away

Had requested a meeting room for 8 and it was well equipped and staff was attentive.

I would definitely stay here.again

I stayed for 3 days at this property. It was my first stay with Mercure. I enjoyed my stay and it was very pleasant. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean, hygienic, and spacious. The room had a huge window with a great view of the city.
The breakfast spread was decent but can be better. I felt it was more or less the same all three days which was monotonous.
Overall, I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in and around Banjara hills, Hyderabad.
