Complaint to Max

Your Himayatnagar’s Hyderabad showroom not delivered me Skybag’s bag on my today’s purchase of above ₹ 10,000 even when your company is offering it at ₹ 799 to pay extra for Skybag. The staff is simply ignoring & saying that item is out of stock even when this offer is still running all over your 400 stores. I have checked out in Abids brand too. They are offering this offer. This is not at all fair. Your Himayatnagar branch is misleading your customers with hoarding & all but it is not at all delivering offers directly to the customers. Where is my Bag? Decent collection, good returns policy, durable clothing. Don't expect higheat quality but will stay on good for 15-20 washes. Watchout for the sales and pick stuff for much lower prices then than the new stock!
