Money minded people. They will force you to buy spectacles from their shop. If you buy from outside, the doctor will ask you to come back to check the glasses. And even if it has the correct power, he will say that it has wrong power and will ask you to get it changed, preferably at their own shop saying that they will do it properly. But since I had warranty I got it changed for free. When i went to get the power checked, again the doctor said it was wrong power and asked me to change my lens another time. But I got doubt and went to another hospital. They said that my lens are perfect.

Also they don't follow order properly. People who flock at the reception and pay first are going inside first. Not in the order of arrival.

Only thing is the reception person treats the patient properly. That's why 2 stars.

Doctor has good experience and the surgery was successful, but because he is using an old creact surgery machine, my mother experienced pain during the procedure.
Some other people were claim the same problem during procedure

Money minded people , receptionists are only worried amount consultation fee not with the service ..worst hospitality avoids going to this hospital if u can …
