The staff was extremely hospitable and patient while we selected our rings. They have a range of products available to choose from, and pretty trendy designs. Bought a diamond ring and a band ring, a special mention for Nagaraju at this store - he had in depth knowledge about diamonds, and gave us a very good understanding of how to choose diamond rings. Will definitely visit again.
We returned again in a day to exchange a ring due to size issues and the process was very smooth.

I am giving 1 star so that i want people to notice my review. The reason is staff here asks the customers to open google and give them a review.. the customer has to mention the staff name as well.. why is the practice being encouraged by this business? If you are doing good work .. people will leave good reviews.. other than that my experience was fine, the staff was helpful but they were speaking very softly, i had hard time hearing them. They need to work on that. Also the ear ring collection for little kids is not that great.

Malabar is the best gold shop in Hyderabad. Compared to other gold shops it has great designs and collections. Their hospitality and service is great. They value each and every customer. They have better schemes that saves so much money for customers. Try visiting other famous shops first and then try Malabar, you will understand the difference.
