Recently my wife admitted to get a surgery done thanks to Dr Nishat who is very professional, attentive and careful with each patient and takes to understand their concerns and help them with right treatment.

I'm bit concerned about the cleanliness of the hospital and support staff need to be courteous at patients they are in hurry to get the things one that doesn't work all when specially when dealing with patients.
Apart from that overall experience was good.

I recently admitted my wife in this hospital and found the doctors to be very nice and attentive. They were knowledgeable and provided excellent care. However, I must say that I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hospital. There were a few areas that needed attention, such as the floors and bathrooms. I think the hospital should improve its cleanliness standards to maintain a healthy environment for the patients.

Additionally, I noticed that some of the staff members were not as courteous as I would have expected. They seemed to be in a hurry and did not take the time to answer my questions or address my concerns. Later when asked by doctor they blatantly lied in front of us portraying us as irresponsible towards patients health. I think it's important for the staff to be more attentive and courteous to the patients and their attenders. A little bit of kindness and empathy can go a long way in making the patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Overall, I would recommend this hospital for its competent doctors and medical services. However, I hope the hospital management takes note of these areas for improvement to enhance the overall patient experience.
