**Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs - A Terrible Experience Awaits**

If I could give this company "0" stars, I would in a heartbeat. I cannot stress enough how abysmal their service is, filled with false promises and shattered expectations.

To begin with, they lure you in with a claim that they'll always book you on Saudi Airlines. But don't be fooled, this is just the start of their deceitful tactics. They'll pester you relentlessly for payment, but the moment your hard-earned money lands in their pockets, they vanish into thin air. Communication becomes nonexistent.

Initially, they'll assure you that your journey is booked on Saudi Airlines and even provide you with flight details, which, of course, belong to Saudi Airlines. You might feel a glimmer of excitement, especially if it's your first time traveling. However, if you've experienced Saudi Airlines before, you'll know it's far from a pleasant experience.

But here's the kicker - just a day before your supposed departure, you'll receive a call that shatters your plans. Your travel dates have miraculously changed, and now you're expected to fly with Air India or Indigo, both known for their budget-friendly fares, onboard the Airbus A320. They've downgraded your experience without remorse.

Upon reaching Jeddah, the communication nightmare continues. There's no clear guidance on which hotel you're booked into or when you should check in. They promise a personal guide or helper who'll assist you throughout your trip, but this person is nothing more than a phantom. In reality, you'll be left to fend for yourself.

When it's time to perform Umrah, don't expect any support. You won't be guided to the Haram or given any assistance. You're essentially on your own in a foreign land for one of the most important religious experiences of your life.

And the culinary experience? Prepare for disappointment. The food is perpetually cold, and hygiene standards in their chosen restaurants are shockingly low.

In summary, save yourself from this ordeal. This company's service is beyond terrible, and their promises are nothing but empty words. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of them at all costs. Don't let their false claims lead you into a travel nightmare.

It was wonderful experience to do umrah under the guidance of Mahira Tour and Travels. I really appreciate the care taken by them and hospitality given. I expressed by heartfelt gratitude to the Management. I wish, May Almighty Allah (SWT) bestow them on par with their services.

The best tours and travels I’ve come across so far. Provided good hotels and food services. The umrah package includes laundry service aswell. The package also included visiting holy places in Makkah and madina. Overall a very good experience Alhamdulilah. Would recommend to everyone.can’t wait to plan the next umrah trip with mahira tours and travels again????
