I've been coming to this gym since 7 months n I must say that this is the best gym/fitness studio in this area. They maintain cleanliness n hygiene in d gym. It is safe for female . They have professional trainers for both morning and evening batch. Special shout out to our evening batch trainer Madhu Sir. He's the best in his work, he understood my fitness goal and helped me achieve it. I am thankful n grateful to him. Last but not d least the gym owner, he keeps taking updates from us regarding training or if we're facing any issues.

M7 fitness is a clean, well-equipped gym and a good place to workout.
Trainer Faiz is very kind and encouraging. He is very knowledgeable and trained me really well. Started observing results from the first month itself.

The M7 Fitness studio is the best gym in the area. It has excellent maintenance cleanliness, and hygiene. The personal trainers are also excellent. Mr. Madhu Yadav is a kind trainer who is well-versed in exercise. Provides good support as per individual requirements.
