I had a bad experience. Waiting time for just diagnosis for me extended to 5 hours and therefore I left without consulting the doc. If the doc can’t see multiple people at a time, you shouldn’t accept so many appointments. People have other important work to do than sitting in your waiting rooms doing nothing.
Staff is very good and well behaved. Other facilities are good. Management should look into improving the waiting time
