An idiotic place. When I visited Nizampet branch for abdominal scan, lucid staff suggested to visit next day morning. I went at 9:45 am. They asked us to wait for 1 hour. I wait till 10;45 am. Again they asked me to wait for 1 more hour. Even after that they are telling to wait for some more time.

I would request the patients who are in emergency, should not visit licid.

To ignorant staff.

I asked them clearly the tentative time to get our turn. Before the payment, they said 1 hour. After the payment they asked us to wait for such a long time.

No commitment, not genuine with the patients. Cheap tricks to get the business.

I can see many low ratings now. Don’t know how the management ignoring the patients concern.

Too bad.

Pathetic service, in fact pathetic is an understatement. They literally made a cancer patient who had a recent surgery wait for 2 hours to do a USG, horrible coming from a diagnostic center. Please choose Apollo or any other reputed center than choosing this, it will not just save your time but also they will not test your patience.

Pathetic Service, we went morning 08:30 AM as per appointment.
after waiting till 12 pm , they are saying Center is busy and want me to visit other service.
No proper support.
My testes are completed on Saturday and they told they will call me to communicate when to collect the reports even after 2 days they didnt called me and im trying to call them and they are not answering the calls.

really disappointed with Nizampet center..
