Lotus Pond

This is probably the cleanest park in anywhere around the city, with a large pond at the center. The circumference of the pond is a walking track and provides for a good variation in elevation and structures all along the track.
A small section in the North-West part of the park offers a steeper track, but is sometimes closed.
There are plenty of fishes in the pond and many turtles. Some cormorants are always found but i would've expected plenty more birds in a park like this. Photography is strictly not allowed but you can't hold back the smartphone yielding public, can you. You need to be on time of you want to explore this park because it's only open for an hour or two in the morning and in the evening.

A beautiful pond in middle of the city. There is a walking track around the pond. Clean and well maintained. Ideal place for morning and evening walk and if you are looking Lotus you will not find it here :D

In recent times, my favorite spot has been Lotus Pond in MLA Colony, Jubilee hills. I must say it is an ideal location for a peaceful and pleasant morning walk. It evokes the sense of closeness to nature, especially during the blooming season when the aroma of Lotus flowers fills the air
