I was in a very dark space in my life and was having anxiety and panic attacks. I was looking for trauma healers/therapists and came across Life Transformation. I must thank Krishna sir for helping me and guiding me when things weren't working out for me. My thoughts were negative due to the circumstances I have gone through in life and Krishna sir understood my pain points. He listened to all of my issues since childhood very patiently and instilled positive thoughts in my mind. He tried to make me understand where I am coming from and why that thought pattern was formed and how to break the pattern. We did many self love and forgiveness sessions. I couldn't figure out if it was making any difference at all for me initially but later I started seeing positive changes in me. Having a will power to change is extremely hard when someone is going through so much in life but when you have someone who assures you that everything is going to be ok and they will be there in each step gives an immense relief. At least it did for me. He also tries to understand your leaning pattern and try to provide content which helps your learning. I am more of a visual learner, so he showed me a few videos that could help me. After my sessions, I realized that I am not in that dark space anymore and not being hard on myself and whenever my mind naturally thinks about something negative, I remember his words and try to break the thought with positive thought. That definitely is a huge progress for me. I really hope this review helps a lot of other people who are in the same boat. Please do not suffer in silence and bottle up your emotions. Talk to someone, get all the necessary help you need and vent it out, otherwise, like Krishna sir says, if it sits for a longer time in your body, it might turn into a physical ailment. These are stressful times we are living in and taking help is a huge favor you could do for yourself. He speaks more like a friend and is very flexible with his schedule and cost for sessions. I highly recommend his services.

I am glad to have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Krishna to combat my depression and PTSD. It was not easy for me to seek help, but Dr. Krishna provided a safe and supportive environment for me to open up about my struggles.

Their expertise in treating depression and PTSD was truly valuable in my journey towards healing, and I'm grateful for the guidance they provided. I cannot express enough how much their help has meant to me.

Hi all,

After attending sessions with Life Transformation sessions. I have experienced huge change in my thought process and life change training's in my life. I worked on the things which are not useful, i.e unlearn and relearn

Before me:

- I Have a stage fear

- Unable to take actions as per the situation

After joined in life transformation training:

- Huge transformation and lot of good things practised doing yoga and meditation for claiming my mind

- 100% changed my definition for fear from older definition to new definition (Face Everything And Rise)

- worked on my decision making ability and now i am able to take best decisions

- Now i got a control on my emotions, especially my anger and response rate

And worked on positivity and have a pleasant life which I am very happy in my life ????????????
