Life is one of the worst organisation in terms of client service and employee satisfaction, management is greedy they loot money from the clients and don’t pay to staff !I worked in life for 6yrs coz of Ms. Nagamani i left tht organization as she was provokin me to leave the organization and suggested to join the competetior andvsaid tht if u want to leave u can and i vl not hold any of ur DUES. From 10days she was doin same n for
which I have resigned from my positionand sent mail to do My F&F.. Mr. Arijit Mondal CEO of tht company dsnt know how to talk with the female staff and dont knw to respect women he shouts at them and insults them and if staff complain the same to GM or MD they says tht it's out pressure I can't ask him about this. On asking my full and final settlement Mr. Arijith said account dept. To say her not to call and say her that all her dues cleared.On calling them they are not taking calls or not responding to my msgs and calls and mails even. Company always want employees to think of them but they never think of employees. . It's been more than a month they are not replying or settleing my accounts.Mr.Arijith made me to take this step. Its my hard earned money they din even pay last year may salary of 11days in tht 2nd wave of covid they took our services but they din pay.. 2019 they are not paying our incentives out of loaylity we gave our services. Would suggest no one should join this company as they loot both clients and staff.
