It’s a nice and cozy hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread was awesome as well as the dine-in. The staff were very friendly which highlighted our stay. Kudos to the management and staff especially to Mr. Jam in the Cafe. He made sure that our every food request was met with satisfaction. He was such a bubbly person that we looked forward to his greetings every morning .We had a pleasant stay and a wonderful holiday.

Very, very good experience as expected from Tata group of hotels.
Food , service, rooms , staff , and location are all excellent.
Property is so huge that you can't explore it in one day????.
Buffet breakfast is also very good.
Best of all are the employees, I really don't know how they train their employees to make our experience so good.

The service quality is excellent. I went in there drenched from head to toe due to rain and for the life of me, I have not seen this friendly or helpful staff. Food could have been better. Also the hotel is easy to miss.
