Original Review: I worked with someone called Ayesha. I contacted them and asked me to "check" when I can get an appointment for a US Visa. They actually booked one without confirming the dates with me, and when I asked why they booked it without checking the dates with me, they said "because the client wanted it as soon as possible" as if the client is some unknown third person. And now I sit with Visa dates that I cannot avail due to personal/professional reasons and a Visa fee of USD 160 that has gone to drain.

Edited Review: Mr. Mohit offered to talk to me to resolve this issue. Based on the situtaion, he allowed for a 50% refund on my Visa fee (i.e., USD 80) in the form of other servies avialed through Leisure Travel Shoppe. While this does not cut my losses to a zero, I happy that some of it has been recovered. Recenly I availed some services from them and availed this 50% refund.
