Don't get trapped by the marketing team and their MD. We both brothers booked plots in Golden Gates shadnagar Phase II . Quoting registration in two days they collected around 18 lac per plot. Since Jan 2022 , neither they are registering plots nor paying back. Finally in Aug 2022 - we visited their MD and advised him to finalise. He gave two cheques for 50% amount to be cleared on 15th Sep and 30th Sep for remaining. Cheques got bounced. Neither they are attending our calls nor paying back amount. Marketing team is very cunning like their MD. Today we came to their office and waiting for the last 20 minutes. Please be aware of this group

Fraud builder who lies and cheats every single customer. Took our money and abandoned the project for 3 years, even now in 2017. Ideally would be jailed for fraud and cheating in several regulated markets. Gets away by abusing the laxity here in Hyderabad. Has many consumer court decisions against him but doesn't respect them. Avoid if you have a chance!
