Crooks may also have some decency in their operations. These guys do not. First they under deliver on their promises, 2nd they are usurious in their charges that even shylock can be put to shame 3rd they take your money upfront and dodge to return it when time comes. Anyone planning to buy a property in their constructions should 1st visit their Etania complex. Check the brochure for the promises made and the verify the delivery of the project. Pathetic and horrendous. Having sunk our money there is no choice. Even now people in community have to get refund of monies paid towards works which have not been done till date. Do not believe what i am writing go to Etania and verify before sinking your hard earned money.

One of the best builder in hyderabad, good out looking buildings, nice locations and great landscape design, horticulture.
Maintaince is also very good.flats are very spacious and comfortable
