Worst experience from film nagar store. Ordered on 29th Nov with order number 10212359 at 12:55 pm. The pizza was delivered at 2:10 pm which was cold. Repeated calls to the film city branch were ignored. When the person answered, he casually mentioned that there is no time limit for delivery orders and the order will reach when a delivery executive is available. When pizzahut and dominos are able to deliver within 30 mins and hot pizza, what is the problem with la pinoz? Also the order was delivered by Dunzo, so why were they waiting for the delivery person to be available. If the order is from a 3rd party, they can be informed the moment order is received. Very low class service from la pinoz film city branch. Have to think again before ordering.
