Nice service, friendly staf, tasty food and good offers, a must try. The only drawback is u have to wait a long time for ur orders, other than that great place.

I requested a chicken pizza that was hot and spicy along with this, I was ordered virgin mojito. I see that they use more ice in virgin mojitos. They spent 20 minutes preparing this thing after billing, yet they showed that they are annoying clients and squandering customers time and money. The view and space were excellent for being on the first floor, but I didn't feel inclined to give this item a ***** rating because the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't hot, that it wasn't at all stuffed well, that the ingredients weren't melting properly when I ate the pizza, and that they kept a separate. As she approached my table to ask for a review, even your staff member observed this.

Employee to solicit customer feedback. Instead of concentrating on this, you could hire more employees to deliver food in accordance with customer requests. Customers would then rate your business based on their experience.
