I joined self defence classes at krav maga Hyderabad after an unpleasant experience at being groped while walking on the road. Krav maga has helped me become aware of my surroundings. I feel so much more confident now. The instructors are brilliant and explain the best natural responses to various threat situations like knife attacks or chokes. We are also taught verbal de-escalation of a situation. The classes are super fun and also help improve our fitness levels immensely. I absolutely love the classes. Its become a way of life now :)

I have been practising Krav Maga since 2012 at Hyderabad Krav Maga dojo. Krav Maga is a realistic, practical situation-based response system that helps one learn self-defence techniques. Guided by highly trained instructors, Krav Maga classes at this Hyderabad dojo are extremely informative, intense and detailed oriented. Classes are conducted in groups. There are periodic grading exams where the practitioners are tested on their execution of techniques and endurance and advanced towards next level when passed. The fee for the classes are reasonable enough. Overall, I'll highly recommend the classes at Krav Maga Hyderabad chapter which is a part of IUKMF centre.

A must take with respect to learning real self Defence training. Especially recommended for Women and I insist. Worth the time and effort to not only boost your confidence in becoming self efficient while face real life incidents but as an insurance to your own. Be independent of protecting yourself then being scared.
