Nice place to have hot tea or coffee. Made fresh as you like. Sugar no sugar... neat n clean , also the kitchen looks clean.
Prices are not much as well.

Coffee in kulad that too kulad steamed in front of me. Very hygenic. Filter coffee is very good.
