Th designs of jewellery are very good and the people here receive customers very well but maximum the store will be too rush so they will not be able to focus on all at a time and some times it may take time for them to show jewellery. Avoid going here at lunch times. Either visit in the morning or evening os better.

experience is worst… They treat ppl
based on what they purchase.If you are a customer who is gng to purchase big ornaments they treat you well … I literally waited for half n hour but none of the staff came to me. Manager is really not correct even though i wanted to talk to him he dint appear

Since I am the customer for the past 4 years but I lost the faith of Khazana yesterday. They lost valuable customer. Very bad nd pathetic experience. I waited almost 45 minutes. No one come and not came. I beg them couple of times to show gold item what we need.! They really don’t know how to behave Custumore.! If they don’t have proper staff it would be better to shutdown the shop.! Finally I just walked out with a bad and sad experience. They are literally wasting my time and mood .!
