Ambience is ok, food is good but the service is delayed. Only single counter is operational instead of 3 counters at the place like airport. That's very frustrating specially when you are coming after a journey to have a meal. I think they have taken the sale for granted as it's in the airport premises.

KFC RGIA Airport Hyderabad:

1. No queue at 11:45 am, however the sales rep didn’t take order for 15 mins.

2. Grand meal ordered and delivered quickly. However, the food was stale and reheated one.

3. Waited another 40 mins to get our order replaced in an absolute non peak hour and I was the only customer at that time. Time of receiving the order 12:45. Didn’t give in a serving tray or tissues. Had to specifically ask for it.

4. Had a plane to catch. When I’m asking the status of order the staff at the counter is not responding and going in the kitchen. No response.

KFC Team: Please make note. You are losing business because of such staff.

Took food on 19.06.2023 around 14.30hrs.
French fry is not properly fried, not crispy at all.
No sufficient gas in pepsi.
No sufficient seats and space.
Totally, no value for the money We paid.
