Worst Experience with them.
I have travelled from Goa to Hyderabad in AC sleeper class. Bus breakdown in the midnight 12:30 AM they didn't have alternative bus and they didn't taken any other action. Mechanic came by 7:30 and bus started again by 8:30 AM they have stopped the bus for dinner in the night by 11:30 PM and for breakfast in the morning 10 AM and for lunch 4:00 PM. They have chosen worst hotels just for their commission from the hotels. Have a look at below hotel picture. Don't travel with them. My journey delayed by 10 hours.
