One of the biggest and well known jewellery shop in South and some part of North India. The Panjagutta store has 4-5 floors. They have huge staff. Although I have found lack of expertise and knowledge related to pearl jewellery. I was struggling a bit to understand the pricing and product quality. However, the overall experience was good.

Purchasing sliver and gold items from long time collections are good and client management also nice
Need to give more discounts at least for the scheme paying customers
