Value for money homes quality of construction, Now they are building with improvised technology all concrete walls which remains in no pillars hence no wastage of space. Only should bear with the delayed position time lines. All fittings are with jaquar and parry ware.

Very famous and reputed ventures in city. Affordable for a middle class people to own a flat here. But have to compromise on construction quality, needs improvement.

Affordable housing in a prime area. Took too many years to complete it. I think there are 8 blocks as far as I can see with 6 floors each separated as 2 wings. Appox 34 flats in each wing. A bit clumsy, and an open parking. Still under construction at few areas.
