Neither bus came on time and was delayed by one hour, nor the numbers provided were working or answered.

No communication and you stand clueless and confused on the road for one hour. After reaching late, no sense of regret with travellers waiting for long time and that too uninformed.

If you want to joke of our own then we have to book such worst management travels. One day back i booked for prakash Kgn travels (PS: all jauguar, muskan, prakash are belongs to one owner it seems) they cancelled my tikit, next day i booked for jauguar travels which was scheduled at 10.30 pm at my boarding point, with hope that it ll give me good journey. Aftr booking no contact information shared. I searched in eeb page in found one contact no, and i contacted them, and details. Details also i received late, that too i have called them aftr some hrs. N when i callef them they said me you are shifted to other travels which is Muskan kgn travels.(as per online time table is was actually scheduled for 8.20pm at my boarding point). Without contacting me, without informing me they simply shifted me and no deatails also shared. Evening at 7.30 i came to know that i got shifted to another travel, that too after calling to no given in website. And surprising thing is that these people started sharing both travels tracker link, different different contacts numbers. Tell us how much ll get confuse. Anyhow i have to reach mu destination so i kept patience. Bus came at 11 pm means half hr late. Bus driver was asking me what is my sit number, which i dont know, as they have not given any intimation. Aftr going inside bus given some sit. And the hygiene of the bus is so worst. Very bad smell was coming since i got into bus .. it was ammonia smell, means smell of urine Suffered a lot in yhis whole journey. They kept stopping bus in the middle so many times..and delayed bus to reach by 1 hr again. Full sound music was on in bus , during night journey. We wanted to relax atleast so that next day we could attend our office peacefully, but no these people kept disturbing completely. red bus this is my request to keep this my review on their web page too, so that all passengers ll think twice before booking such type of worst buses. Completely disappointed by booking this travels.

Truely great experience. Went to Mumbai and came back had great experience. Bus is very neat and well maintained.
