Waste of time. I booked the ticket and on the day of travel the driver called and told that the trip has been cancelled and that happens sometimes and is ok but the way driver is speaking is very rude and he disconnected the called without completing the conversation. Very bad first experience. My trip plan got cancelled and also upset with driver's behaviour

Worst experience. Booked a ticket from Goa to Hyderabad. Dropping time at Goa is 8am at Panaji. But extra 3-4 hours time taken to reach dropping point. No proper contact and driver don’t know about the route to Goa. Please don’t waste passengers time for your extra benefits.

I have recently travelled Hyderabad to bhubaneswar the overall experience was not good and not even bad as well...the light were not working.. charger points are there but they are not in working condition.. in morning driver stop for toilet where there were no toilet present.. even thay suggested to going for outside...i thought busses service are really need to focus on this....
