It was very enlightening and eyeopener experience for me as a Psychiatrist. I am very grateful to Dr Sona Mam that she took our training for ISTDP in very elaborative way . Its different from other psychotherapies and i found it very interesting and helpful as i am also practising it on my patients. Its like once a lifetime experience to learn ISTDP that too from such Wise ,pro and equally humble mentor !! Great platform.

Attended the August 2022 session with Dr Kakkar and enjoyed every bit of the classes. Ended up learning a host of new things starting from managing defences, anxiety and feelings. An excellent to and fro session with so many examples and practice sessions making one feel confident at the end of 4 weeks!
