Service is very slow....it takes nearly 30-45mins or more for a Customer. Department should also check that Elders or old aged people cannot climb to upper floor request to plan it in Ground floor.

I raised a complain about my bill. To change from common service to domestic on June 15th till now dint got any response even I called went to office in lothkunta. Waste service. Very poor... only taking salaries.. but no work done by them.

It's very very bad service with the public services operator.the operator just picking the call and disconneting it. Very good service by the public servents .really government is making it bangaru TELANGANA SHAME YOU PEOPLE
