Worst service.... once you start from here.... They will not even answer your calls..... U have to be on your own for all 15 days... If a person going for first time .... He will be mad without the proper guide.... My parents suffered a lot....... At the end of your Umrah.... they will start before 8 to 9 hoyrs to airport... person had to stay in bus for almost 8 to 9 hours without food and water...

My Ghosh , I had a very bad experience with INS Travel services. My ticket from Hyd to Bnglr. Was given to me with the wrong Name for which I was not allowed at the entrance & travels dint reimbursed the amount , they kept on telling me... Tell them some excuse ... They will allow you. Anyway ... I wasted more then 5 k. PL be aware with this travels.. they wash off thier hands once we need them.
