It's like match box, if you talk in your cabin, everyone on floor can listen, no privacy, no visiter area, no parking, lift not working others cabin customer directly disturbing for address moreover price is to high, now a days very good co working options available in same rate with acoustic performance

This Business center has no visitor waiting area and no pantry dining area , when our more visitor come they need to stay out , very congested, also building is very old any time will fall in 2016 its sealed by authorities check following if anyone want to take risk of life then search on google chandralok complex sealed by mch
this building reopen by bribing authorities by building owners associations, no fire safety, they are managing fire safety department even many owners also not visiting this building to safeguard the their life
moreover even if anyone what to take risk of life they can find 10 times more big office in same rate which this business center charges for small cubicle just round all floor in this building many owners has put tolet board no one is ready to take on rent, also smart owners in this building selling flat just 800 rs to 1500 rs sq feet for this you can meet maintenance person Mr jhone raju when i am in business center there are no parking place only walkway used for parking , all lift are old , my client and me struck in lift manytime , no maintenance of floor walkway and staircase all are dirty. of all of my client discouraged because they don't want to put their life on risk they are not ready to visit in chandralok complex , & then i changed my office,
