Idea clinics is certainly recommended. Dr shyam is extremely diligent, knowledgeable and explains the conditions really well. The way the treatment is given and the way he educates the patients is excellent. Nutritionist Mr. Gautham is also excellent with the diet plan and is very responsive, knowledgeable.

Had a consultation with Mr. Dr.shyam and Nutrition Mr. Goutham for diabetic. Mr. Goutham took a detailed session on eating habits . He was very patient in explaining in local language how to reverse the diabetic condition. Blindly followed his diet plans and his excellent follow ups on WhatsApp helped me to loose 8 kilos with in 3 months of time with a very minimal exercises and my sugar levels also came down to normal. Now I feel so light and very active and healthy. I strongly recommend this clinic.
